Job De******ion:
● Collaborate with Product Manager and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
● Work with the PM and design team to define the look & feel of our mobile application.
● Work closely with the BA to define the flow of the application and understand the business needs of the product and how the mobile application will solve it.
● Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
● Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
● Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
● Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and management
Core Requirement:
● 4+ years of UI experience
● Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
● BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related
● Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
● Apps on the app store - You've shipped products that we know and love
● Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools
● Be fresh, new, and cutting-edge. Stay on top of what the great designers are doing on mobile and web design, and be the advocate for staying at the forefront of design and UX.
● Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java****** for rapid prototyping
  
2、Front-end Developer
Requirements:
• Familiar with ReactJS
• Understand Flux Dataflow & any Flux framework (ie. redux)
• Familiar with Assets Compiler (ie. Webpack, Gulp)
• Familiar with Unit Testing (ie. karma, mocha, jasmine)
• Familiar with HTML5 / CSS3 & Responsive web design (RWD)
• Familiar with web performance optimization
• Git
Good to Have:
• Worked with ES6 / Babel
• Understand Browser Compatibility
• Familiar with NodeJS
• Familiar with SASS / PostCss
• Familiar with CI/CD (ie. Jenkins, TravisCI)
• Minimum one year of experience in any backend development

3、Senior C++ Software Engineer
 A Global provider of Real-Time Financial Trading Systems is looking to hire a Senior C/C++ Software Engineer to work on the development of their Real-Time, Low Latency Trading applications.
 
Responsibilities:
As the Senior C/C++ Software Engineer (Low Latency, Real-Time, HFT, Linux) you will need to have a strong background in C or C++ development on a Linux platform and be comfortable working on a low latency, real-time platform. You will be working on all areas of the Trading System including exchange connectivity, improving the latency/performance and development of Greenfield parts of the system. You will need to have a good amount of experience working with low latency systems and ideally will have worked with various financial messaging protocols. You will need to be able to work to the compiler level but you don't need to have built your own compilers.
 
Requirements:
The Senior C/C++ Software Engineer (Real-Time, HFT, Linux) will need:
● A strong background in C++ and/or C development - Essential
● Good experience with a UNIX/Linux platform - Essential
● Experience with real-time, multi-threaded development - Highly Beneficial
● Experience with TCP/IP/UDP - Highly Beneficial
● Experience with real-time data feeds - Beneficial
● Experience working with Low Latency, Real-time Systems - Highly Beneficial
