Sales Engineer – South China

·         Working experience: 2 years in Equipment Maintenance or Auto ID with sales support experience

·         Language: Good Mandarin, capable in English reading

·         Prefer to have software and Electric Engineering background

Typical work activities include:

§  responding to customer call-outs;

§  evaluating and resolving problems;

§  assisting with the installation of equipment;

§  liaising with and working alongside technical consultant;

§  offering customer training;

§  repairing, testing and maintaining equipment;

§  providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests;

§  making recommendations to maintenance technicians;

§  offering feedback on future product development, features and functions.
